We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, country), purchasing domains, and using our services. We also collect technical data such as IP addresses and usage logs to operate and improve the platform.
We use your information to register domains on your behalf, process payments via Flutterwave, send transactional emails, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
When you register a domain, your contact information may be required by registries. We enable WHOIS privacy by default where supported to protect your information from public exposure.
All payments are processed by Flutterwave. We do not store your card details. Payment records (amounts, references) are stored securely to maintain your order history.
Your password is stored using industry-standard bcrypt hashing. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use MongoDB Atlas with access controls to secure your data at rest.
